2023-2024 Sauk Prairie Youth Hockey Registration
Welcome to the Sauk Prairie Youth Hockey Association 2023-2024 Season registration!
A few things to remember:
- Each player (participant) in your family will be a separate registration, this is different than in previous years.
- Late registration starts August 26th, any registrations on or after this date will incur a $50 late fee, LTP, 6U and 8U are excluded from this fee.
- Multiplayer discounts
- In an effort to retain our multiplayer discount model, Multiplayer discounts will be applied post registration to each discounted skater prior to the 2nd payment on 11/15/2023.
- In order to accurately apply discounts, we strongly encourage multiplayer families to select the 4 installment payment plan option.
- If you choose the one-time payment option and receive a discount, a credit will be applied, using your original payment method no later than 11/15/2023.
- If you have earned fundraising credits from Scrips or Pizza sales, they have been applied to your oldest players profile, and will be able to be used at checkout.

Please follow the steps below to register your player(s):
Step 1 - Register all your participants at USA Hockey to receive their 2023-2024 USA Hockey Membership numbers. You can register at: https://membership.usahockey.com/. (If you haven't already)
Step 2 - Set up your Crossbar account and add participants if you haven't already. Follow directions here: https://www.saukprairiehockey.com/parent-resources/how-to-set-up-your-crossbar-account-and-add-participants/12386
Step 3 - Fill out the registration of each player's primary team only, registration buttons are below.
Learn to Play
Learn to Play, 6U & 8U ages seeking an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of the game without committing to the 6U or 8U team schedule.

The Sauk Prairie Flyers co-ed program is available for all players ages 4-14.

The Sauk Monkeys is a girls only program for the 10U and 12U age groups.
